Good but need to improve for the facilities
Aston hospitality is good. Breakfast menu is good
We stayed at aston to celebrate my nephew's birthday. During the check in i have informed the staff whether there is complimentary for birthday, They said they will prepare it. Until the D-day, we need to call more than 3 times for the complimentary whether we will receive it or not. Finally they served it when I was angry during the call. We stayed at suite, there are 2 bathroom, one bathroom, the drainase was leaking and the telephone in the room several time not working.

Insufficient place for lounging. Staff knowledge of local attractions not impressive. English speaking is lacking with the staff.

Nice hotel to spend your time with your family or friends
The room is clean with balcony. The breakfast menu is various and they refill immediately even if it is near to closing time.
The hotel, i think, comprise of several building, so you have to take a time to walk to your room. I have to take 3 different lift from parking area to my room at 2 floor.

First staycation in sentul (Aston Sentul)
The location The kids playground
Room condition: ripped bed , bad odor from the trash bin in the toilet (u must clean it properly especially if you didnt put a plastic bag inside of the trash bin..it's very dirty and smells bad..sorry) . Taste if the food: you must pay extra attention re: the taste of your menus.. ive tried nasi liwet with veggie and mee goreng, tahu gunting, ur bread, and omellete... unfortunately only omellete that i can enjoy to eat..the score for the taste of ur menu/foods 5.5 out of 10..nasi liwet taste like nasi putih, the quality of the veggie is not good, mee goreng totally undercooked , tahu gunting served cold and not delicious, and texture of your bread is not good. . Pool situation: will be appreciated if you could clean it regularly since the water full of twigs, leaf, even a fly... . CS: will be nice for your staff to open his shoes first before walk into the room for setting the extra bed..thank you.
